Jack is a recognized expert in Organizational Program Management, PMO design and implementation and has developed and implemented a framework for next-generation PMO and Portfolio Management. He provides coaching, mentoring, training and consulting in project management business process management and global sourcing projects.

Theofanis C. Giotis, PMP, MSc (Greece)

has over 20 years worldwide professional experience and has worked in different cultural environments mainly in Europe. He was part of a team that setup the first PMO office in Greece for Greek Telecommunications Organization (OTE). Since then he has managed hundreds of IT and Telco projects. As a systems analyst & programmer, he has planned, designed, developed and implemented tens of applications in many different programming languages. He writes regularly and has many recognized qualifications.

Dr. David Hillson, PhD, PMP, FAPM, FIRM (UK)

Dr Hillson is internationally recognized as a risk management expert with more than 10 years specific risk consultancy experience.   He is a popular conference speaker and author on risk, he has won several awards for his papers. He was awarded the 2002 PMI Distinguished Contribution Award for his work in developing the discipline of risk management. He is also a Fellow of the UK Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and a Fellow of the UK Association for Project Management (APM).

Barry Hslung, PhD, PMP (China)

Dr. Hsiung has over 20 years experience in project management, and has trained more than 4,500 elites from private and government agencies in Taiwan and China, and also has become a well-known speaker at project management conferences and forums. He is adjunct professor at George Washington University, and the University of Management and Technology and teaches in the EMBA program of the National Central University in Taiwan. He is the executive Chairman of GPAC (Greater China Project Management Advancement Committee) and President of the PMI Taipei Taiwan chapter .

Ramesh D Kandadai, (India)

Ramesh D Kandadai is an engineer from IIT Kharagpur, India. He got his post graduate qualifications at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He has a very rich experience in Organization re-structuring, Project strategy, Project Management, Outsourcing, software development life cycle, quality assurance & control, ISO 9000 and CMM for more than 20 years in manufacturing, testing and software domains. He has dozens of publications to his credit. He is also a member of Project Management Institute and a Charter Member of PMI Healthcare Project Management Specific Interest Group. He has also been Visiting Faculty at various Universities in US and India.

Mark Law, MBA, CEng, FIMechE, FCMC, MCIM, TVM (UK)

Mark started his career as an oil field troubleshooter with Schlumberger in the North Sea, Adriatic and Mediterranean. He is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Marketer and a graduate of London Business School. He is also a fully qualified value management practitioner. He is a highly experienced tutor specialising in change management within large complex organisations who works extensively with directors / senior managers to support complex business decisions.

Ruth Murray-Webster, MBA, PMP, PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner (UK)

Ruth has over 20 years experience as an organizational change practitioner. She is widely respected for her work as a manager, facilitator and business coach, particularly in the areas of project and program management, quality management and business benefits realization. She is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management. She is co-author of the books 'Understanding and Managing Risk Attitude' and 'Starting Out in Project Management; A Study Guide for APM Examinations'.

Payam Nikravesh, MSc, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP (Iran)

Payam has studied Industrial Engineering in Iran and is the first to hold PMP, PMI-RMP and PMI-SP certificate in Iran. He has near 10 years experience in consulting and directing Project/Program/Portfolio Management Systems and training in Project Management. His most significant experience is the design, documentation and implementation of PM Systems for the Infrastructures Maintenance department and  Electrical & Communication Facilities Maintenance department of the Iranian Railway (up to $US520m projects/year). He has delivered over 100 PM courses on 15 different topics in Oil & Gas, Car manufacturing and other industries.

Laura Robertson, BSc, RGN, RMN, TVM (UK)

Laura is an experienced tutor working in the areas of productivity, performance and total quality. Laura has helped numerous teams tackle difficult and challenging performance reviews. She has also presented numerous national and in-house seminars on the subjects of Value Management, Quality Assurance, Implementing Quality Management Systems to ISO 9000, Quality Auditing, Total Quality Management and Customer Care. She has authored numerous publications.

Jeff Rude, AVS (USA, France)

Jeff Rude has a background in finance and creative writing and now specializes in value management. Recently Jeff has been co-facilitating a number of workshops to redesign the organizational structure of the US Army Corps of Engineers and has become the Simulcast Executive Producer for a new-media distribution company introducing a cutting edge media technology to traditional radio/television entertainment.

Alexis Sgard, PMP, ITIL, IPMA-B, CISA, Professional Coach (Switzerland)

Alexis has 20 years professional experience of IT projects. He started as a technical engineer, from development to Oracle Database administrator responsibilities, also with a high degree of focus on tests and support environment. He coaches and trains advanced project managers, In France, Morocco and Switzerland.

Peter Simon, BSc, FAPM, PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner (UK)

Peter has over 30 years of experience in project and program management and risk management and has worked in most industries and business sectors including leading companies in oil and gas, utilities, transportation, pharmaceuticals, finance and insurance.   He is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management. He is co-author of the books 'Practical Project Risk Management; the ATOM Methodology' and 'Starting Out in Project Management; A Study Guide for APM Examinations'.

Sean Thomas, MSc (South Africa)

Sean has studied Mechanical Engineering in France and in England. He has 9 years international and local experience in the power & energy sector. His experience is essentially in electricity distribution & generation, with a particular focus on renewable energies. He was Operations Manager and carried out technical and economic studies for electricity distribution and production plants in South Africa. He was a consultant engineer for a World Bank financed project in Western Africa and in the last 2 years a Supply Chain Consultant and Project Manager for SAB Ltd. He has recently started a company which will be a vehicle to develop biogas, sewage & coal mine gas projects in southern Africa.

Eric Uyttewaal, MSc, PMP (Canada)

When working for a large international training organization, Eric developed a four-level certification curriculum in Microsoft Project and managed a 20+ team to deliver it worldwide. He has published the book Dynamic Scheduling with Microsoft Office Project 2003 . Eric has managed many organizational change and management development projects and has been involved in projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to $150 million (CAN). Eric has developed extensive expertise in Microsoft Project and Project Server training.

Erik Van Den Broecke, MSc (Belgium)

Erik has 20 years experience and has worked worldwide. Erik has fulfilled ICT-related functions until 1994 when he joined a major management consulting firm. He has experience in many different industry sectors: financial, automotive, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare and government. Since January 2001 Erik is managing director of Itinera Management Services & Consulting, which focuses on training, coaching, consulting and research on project governance and strategy implementation. Since January 2003 Erik is visiting lecturer at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, a leading European business school.

Craig A Wilkins,PMP, MPM (Australia)

Craig Wilkins has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry, of which the last 17 years have been in the application of Programme and Project Management. Craig has been assisting and guiding global corporate organisations in their pursuit of project efficiencies for the past 11 years. Craig is passionate about proactive risk management and has a keen interest in the business benefits lifecycle. He is currently actively campaigning to promote the harvesting of benefits to allow the business to ascertain the level of success of their financial investment in projects.
