Michel Thiry, MSc, TVM, PMP, PMI Fellow - Managing Partner
Michel Thiry has over 35 years worldwide professional experience and has worked in many cultural environments. He is recognized as a worldwide authority in strategic applications of project, program and value and has supported the development and implementation of a number of strategic programs for large multinational organizations, including their restructuring as Project-Based Organizations (PBO). For the last 15 years, Michel has provided his expertise to major organizations, in various fields, including construction, financial, pharmaceutical, IT and IS, telecom, water treatment, transportation (air and rail), local government and others.
He is a regular Keynote Speaker for major International events and Seminar Leader for PMI® SeminarsWorld since 2001. He has written and lectured widely in International forums, both at the Academic and Practice levels. In addition to his book “Value Management Practice”, published by the PMI®, he has written a number of book chapters in prominent PM books. His new book “Program Management” has been published in August 2010.
Michel was elected PMI Fellow for his continued contribution to project management and in 2007 he was nominated Fellow of the Association for Project Management. In 2008, he was awarded a Life Achievement Award by the Canadian Society of Value Analysis.

Manon Deguire, MPs, PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner - Managing Partner
Manon has 25 years work experience in the field of Clinical and Organisational Psychology in Canada, the UK and Europe.
She has extensive experience in teaching, as well as in project and programme management, She has held a full-time academic post at McGill University (Montreal) for 8 years. During this period she was responsible for the Clinical Training Program of the School of P&OT, Faculty of Medicine (120 affiliated hospital departments).
She is a regular speaker at international conferences and is presently an Adjunct Professor with the Lille Graduate School of Management and conducting research on decision-making in complex project and program environments in knowledge management and in project manger's identity. Her ongoing involvement in academia and her experience as a practitioner with local and multinational organizations have led to several individual and co-authored publications and presentations.
Manon sits on the PMI ® Registered Education Provider Advisory Group and is Director at Large, Professional Development of the PMI ® EdSIG .

Juergen Oschadleus, MBA, PMP - Managing Partner
Juergen is a founding partner of Valense pty (Australia) and the principal of ACT Knowledge, a Sydney-based consultancy and education firm. He has lived and worked in South-Africa, the UK and Australia and is currently working in all of Asia Pacific.
He is a regular keynote speaker at international events as well as a known seminar leader and consultant in communications, leadership and team building. He is the author of the book: Heart of Influence . His years of strategic consulting have taken him into numerous Fortune 1000 companies.
He now focuses on "engagement", as well as the development of communications plans and strategies for organisations, projects and individuals. His primary business is delivering training seminars and workshops (with associated consulting and coaching services) in the area of organizational change, project and communications management
He holds a Masters degree in History and an MBA in International Project Management and Organisational Development, as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. He also teaches at MSc level at the University of New South Wales.

Lawrence (Larry) V. Suda, MBA, PMP - Managing Partner
Larry is the CEO of Palatine; before founding Palatine, he was a senior consultant in the private and public sectors and has been professionally involved in the project management industry for over 30 years. Larry's expertise spans organization behaviour, project management, operations management, strategic management, and enterprise-wide project management. He holds an MBA. in Finance and Marketing
For 19 years now, he has managed workshops and simulation training. Larry has led initiatives with NASA, the US Navy, and Departments of Commerce, EPA, Treasury, HHS, Agriculture, and others. In the private sector, he has worked with such companies as General Electric, ALCOA, MCI, Verizon, Lockheed/Martin, EDS, Perot Systems, PPG, US Steel, General Motors and many others. Larry was a senior consultant in the private and public sectors (Environmental Protection Agency) and an assistant professor at the University of Maryland (USA).

Anne Boundford, PMP, MSP Practitioner - Managing Partner
Anne Boundford is a Senior Marketing Specialist of 20 years standing. She has valuable experience in the development of customer relationship marketing programs, working with companies to exploit the power of the data they hold.
During her career, she has worked on a number of large marketing programs for products as diverse as credit cards, archive retrieval systems and helicopters. She has also managed cross-functional teams to act as a catalyst to marketing messages and communications, brand building, identifying audience segments and targeting media effectively on a number of high-profile and successful launches.
Most recently she has helped a web-based start-up increase their value to the point of being bought up by a major player and has developed a web-based environment for a long-standing media organisation, creating a synergy between traditional and e-based businesses and effectively building online brands.
She is currently acting as senior program manager for an international publishing company.

Kim Oschadleus, BA (Accounting) - Managing Partner
Kim completed has more than 10 years experience in accounting/auditing and is currently doing her Masters in Taxation with the University of New South Wales. She has gained this experience with major corporations in South Africa, the UK and Australia. In 1997 Kim was instrumental in establishing and running Iscor's School of Finance for the continuing professional education of chartered accountants within what was then South Africa's leading steel manufacturer. She is currently a Director of Valense pty and looks after the various financial projects for the company.

Swati Bapat, PMP®, ITIL Manager -Partner (India)
Swati has a 20 year experience in IT and has led projects and programs in various capacities from developer through head of a development unit for multinational companies. She has handled key global accounts in terms of software/ service delivery and customer relationship management in large-scale software development projects and programs for those same companies. She has worked as internal auditor for ISO certified company and was member of the Process Change Board for a CMM level 5 company. She worked in offshore development mode for various clients across the globe including U.K., USA, Dubai, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Singapore, Uruguay, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, The Philippines and others. Olivier Lazar, MSc, MBA, PMP - Partner
Olivier is a Partner of Valense. He is a Project Management consultant, coach and trainer based in Geneva, Switzerland. With more than 15 years of Project and Program Management experience, as both practitioner and consultant, Oliver has developed various skills and competences in a wide scope of industries, from Corporate Finance to Aerospace, from e-business to pharmaceutical. He has acted as consultant, coach and trainer and mainly been involved in the implementation of Project-Based Organizations and PMOs.
He has both an MSc in Strategy, Project and Program Management and MBA from the ESC Lille Graduate School of Management. He is a visiting professor of Project Management at the West Switzerland Geneva Business School (HES-SO Genève Haute école de gestion). Azad has over 14 years’ professional experience working in different cross-cultural environments in domains that include Information Technology, Government, Procurement management and PMO. Alfonso Bucero, MSc, PMP® - Partner
Alfonso is a Partner of Valense Ltd. and founder and Managing Partner of Bucero PM Consulting. He managed IIL Spain for almost two years, and he was a Senior Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard Spain (Madrid Office) during thirteen years.
Alfonso has a Computer Science Engineering degree by “Universidad Politécnica (Madrid)”, and now he is finishing his Phd. in “Project Management” at the University of Zaragoza in Spain. He has 27 years of practical experience and twenty two of them in project management worldwide. He has managed and consulted projects in different countries along Europe.
Alfonso was the founder, Sponsor and President of PMI Barcelona, Spain Chapter until April 2005; he is immediate past-President of PMI Madrid Spain Chapter. He is currently Component Mentor for Region 8 South. He is also an IPMA Assessor.
